From 1912 to 1924 the Indianapolis Em-Roes won over 90 percent of their 425 games against colleges, YMCAs and national barnstormers like the Original Celtics and the Buffalo Germans. Purdues own Ward Lambert played with the Em-Roes before winning 11 Big Ten crowns.
